Why are the videos freezing or choppy?

Your video quality depends on the speed of your internet connection and the bit rate (dial up, low bandwidth or high bandwidth) that you choose to view your video. You should choose the video speed that matches your internet connection.

If you have dial up speed, you will not be able to stream video any faster than the dial up connection. If you have DSL or Broadband connection, you will be able to watch video in low bandwidth or even high bandwidth depending on how fast your internet connection. LifeStream offers multiple streaming speeds for to accommodate your internet connections.

Please be aware that even if you have high speed broadband internet connection,  traffic congestion from users in your region or nation could interrupt or decrease your video performance.
